Hi! I’m Laura
I’m so glad you’re here. As an interior designer and business owner, I know what a whirlwind it can be to find success in this industry. For the past 15 years, I have grown my interior design firm from a small shop of one (just me!) to a team of 20+. And it was not easy! I often grew quickly, then overcorrected and scaled back, only to do it all over again a couple years later.Â
What worked for me was developing a clear, repeatable process and securing a support network. Then, it all clicked. Now, I’m running two offices, in Houston and in Aspen, with a multi-disciplinary team working on fabulous projects around the globe. Of course, it was 15 years of trial and error getting here!
That’s why I created Design Dash, to take out all the guesswork. Success shouldn’t be a secret. Your goals are attainable! And I’m here to show you how.
